At 18:30 hours, Crimson Fire Apparatus brought their Boomer to the firehouse.  Lt. Stoner set up a demo with Crimson to look over the piece and learn how it works.  The current Rescue/Engine, Engine 7-1-1, is due for replacement with in the next couple years.  Crews from the station looked over the piece at the firehouse and asked the salesmen various questions.  After that, crews took the Boomer down to the Division Street park to flow water and check out its different capabilities.  On behalf of Station 71, we would like to thank the two gentlemen from Crimson for taking the time to bring the Boomer to the station.
