This evening, Daisy Troop 27 of Mount Joy came to visit Station 71.  Fire Prevention Officer Bob Bucks, Lieutenant Brandon Pavalonis, President James Shope and Chief Engineer Ted Pavalonis discussed fire safety with the Daisy's and gave them a tour of the apparatus.  FF Lenny Crater and Jr. FF Travis Laverty put on their bunker gear and air packs to show the Daisy's what a firefighter would look like if they were ever trapped in a fire and needed rescued.  After their tour the Daisy's enjoyed a snack with the firefighters.  Station 71 would like to thank Daisy Troop 27 for coming to visit the firehouse and would be happy to have them back anytime.
