MVA on Bossler Road

Fri. Jan 22nd 2010

At 17:53 hours, Station 71 was dispatched to 241 and Bossler Road for a Class 2 MVA. Engine 7-1-1 (Chief Zimmerman) and Engine 7-1-2 (Asst. Chief Stoner) went enroute with a total of 10 personnel. County advised of one vehicle into a tree with one patient with a cut on his forehead. Deputy 71 (Mohr) arrived with one vehicle into a tree and the patient in care of EMS. Engine 7-1-1 and Engine 7-1-2 arrived and depowered and stabalized the vehicle. Squad 71 (FF. Shope) arrived and performed traffic control at 241 and Bossler. Engine 7-1-2 was placed available at 18:34 hours. Engine 7-1-1 and Squad 71 remained on scene till the vehicle was removed by Cockers. Station 71 was available at 19:11 hours.
